There is no doubt in my mind I would love to model some of my communication behavior after Ms. Oprah Winfrey. Her disposition alone inspires me to be a better communicator and listener. she encourage me to be compassion, respectable to others by being good listener and communicator. These skills will enhance my ability to become a better educator among those who face hard time because of their culture, religion, and diverse life style.
